Travel from Johannesburg to the Northern Drakensberg.
Overnight in a Country hotel at the dramatic Drakensberg.

Day 2:
After breakfast tour Northern KwaZulu Natal.
Overnight at a friendly country hotel, which lies near the
legendary Ghost Mountain. (Dinner, Bed & Breakfast)
Day 3:
Tour through the mountain kingdom of Swaziland, a fascinating blend of the past and the modern

one of the last of Africa’s traditional kingdoms. Delight
in vistas of deep valleys, impressive granite boulders,
vast forests and rushing rivers on the way. Visit a glass and
candle factory.
Overnight in luxury of tranquil Malelane in Mpumalanga on the

Day 4:
Leave for the Kruger National Park. This major international
tourist draw card offers African safaris which rank
with the best in Africa. The sight of elephant, lion, leopard,
rhino and buffalo is always a thrill, especially at close range.
Overnight in a Kruger rest camp (bungalow) or similar camp.

Day 5:
After breakfast, enjoy a full day safari game viewing in the
National Park.

Day 6:
Depart for private game reserve, one of South Africa’s larger
privately owned game reserves, perfectly positioned in Limpopo province, renowned for its
high density of big game animals. A game tour in an open African safaris 4x4 in the Reserve with a qualified ranger and expert tracker
reveals secrets of wild animals and a unique experience of the
African bush.
Overnight in 5 star lodge. (Lunch, Dinner, Bed & Breakfast)
Day 7:
Today tour the Panorama Route, a beautiful scenic
route along the escarpment with view points at Blyde River
Canyon, God’s Window and Bourke’s Luck Potholes.
Overnight in a lovely hotel, situated on the Mpumalanga
Drakensberg escarpment. (Bed & Breakfast)
Day 8:
After breakfast depart for Johannesburg via the quaint town of
Dullstroom. Arrive Johannesburg late afternoon. (Breakfast)

Day 1:
Depart Cape Town and travel towards Paarl, continue over the
Drakenstein Mountains to Worcester where you visit Kleinplasie,
a living open-air museum depicting the lives of the early
settlers. Continue via Montagu and Barrydale for lunch. Tour
through Ladismith and Calitzdorp to Oudtshoorn where we
overnight. (Lunch, Bed & Breakfast)
Day 2:
After breakfast, visit the famous Cango Caves and tour the
ostrich show farm before departing for George through the beautiful Outeniqua Pass to George Railway Museum
for lunch and board the steam train for a nostalgic ride,
puffing over bridges and around lakes. Arriving in Knysna where
we overnight. (Lunch, Bed & Breakfast)
Day 3:
Board the Featherbed Ferry for a cruise on the lagoon to the
private Featherbed Nature Reserve, board the land cruise for a
tour to the top of the western head and walk back through the Milkwood forest to the tavern to enjoy lunch. Return to the
mainland to explore the quaint town with its many art and craft
shops. Overnight in Knysna. (Lunch, Bed & Breakfast)
Day 4:
Depart for Port Elizabeth, stopping in Plettenberg Bay before
descending the Groot River Pass to Nature's Valley for a
refreshments stop. Then on to the Tsitsikamma National Park with
its contrasting beauty of sea, river, forest and fynbos for
lunch. Departing Tsitsikamma, we tour through the
farmlands and suburbs to Port Elizabeth Airport where we bid
farewell. (Lunch, Bed & Breakfast)
This tour can be
operated in either direction, from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth or
vice-versa.

Day 1:
Tour north-east, towards Mpumalanga Province via Lydenburg.
Visit Lone Creek waterfall and Mac Mac falls. Pass Graskop on the way to "God's Window" (weather permitting).
Overnight in the Graskop area in a country inn. (Bed & Beakfast)
Day 2:
Tour more of the scenic sights of the Blyde River Canyon
including the Potholes and Three Rondavels. Travel towards
the Kruger National Park. This great reserve (24 000
square km's) allows you to explore wild life in its natural
habitat on your African safaris. Discover the "Big Five”. At sunset, we will arrive at
one of the park's camps. (Dinner, Bed & Beakfast)
Day 3:
Wake very early for an African safaris tour in the park before breakfast.
Continue searching for animals for the rest of the morning.
Depart for Johannesburg via the fertile farming area of the
Elands River Valley. Afternoon arrival in Johannesburg for a
flight to Cape Town. Overnight in Cape Town. (Bed & Breakfast)
Day 4:
Full day tour to the famous Wine Route of South Africa,
including wine tasting and visits to Paarl, Franschhoek and
Stellenbosch. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight on a
bed and breakfast basis.
Day 5:
Full day tour on the "Hop On - Hop Off" open bus. Tour sights
of Cape Town, including the Waterfront, City Center, South
Africa Museum, Table Mountain (entrance fee
excluded), Camps Bay and Sea Point. Overnight on a bed and
breakfast basis.
Day 6:
Full day Cape Peninsula tour beginning with Hout Bay. Enjoy a
boat cruise to Seal Island. Tour Cape Point Nature Reserve, the
meeting place of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans.
Visit the Cape of Good Hope and the Penguin Colony at Boulders
Beach. Continue via Simonstown to the famous Kirstenbosch
Botanical Gardens. Overnight on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 7:
Depart the hotel for the scenic Garden Route tour. Leave Cape
Town through the Drakenstein Mountains towards Worcester. Tour
the Open Museum, portraying the lifestyle of the first settlers
of the Cape area. Continue to Oudtshoorn to an ostrich farm and
learn about this unique bird. Overnight in a local Guesthouse on
a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 8:
After breakfast, visit the Cango Caves. Continue to the coast
through the beautiful Outeniqua Mountain Pass. In the town of
George, visit the local Railway Museum. Tour to Knysna with its
evergreen forests. Boat Cruise on Knysna lagoon (weather
permitting). Overnight in Knysna on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 9: In
the morning, depart along the coast to Plettenberg Bay, a
historic whaling station. From there, travel through mountain passes, surrounded by ancient trees, to the coastal Tsitsikamma National Park, combining the unique beauty of the
coast with a variety of vegetation. Afternoon arrival in Port
Elizabeth for a flight to Johannesburg. Overnight in a hotel
near the airport on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 10:
Transfer to the airport for your return trip home.
